How does it work?

Making an appointment at Clin d'Œil is quick and easy!

  1. Choose your booking method: On Doctolib, by phone or using the online form.

  2. Select your slot according to your availability.

  3. Receive confirmation by SMS or email.

  4. On the day of your appointment, bring your Vitale card, your prescription (if applicable), and your current glasses. If you wear contact lenses, remember to remove them 1 hour in advance and bring your lens references.

An emergency? Contact us directly for prompt assistance. Outside of opening hours, contact the Emergency Department or the emergency services.

  • You can make an appointment in several ways:

  • The price of a consultation varies depending on the type of appointment:
    - Standard consultation
    - Specialist consultation (in-depth assessment with additional examination)

    We will inform you of the exact price when you make your appointment.

  • The Clin d'Oeil centers are approved by SOCIAL SECURITY: Sector 1, the highest level of coverage.

    *Subject to conditions, contact your social security center or your mutual insurance company to find out the exact reimbursement terms and amounts.

  • It is advisable to consult an ophthalmologist in the following cases:

    • Sudden or gradual decrease in vision

    • Difficulty reading, frequent eye strain

    • Blurred vision, visual distortions

    • Light sensitivity or eye pain

    • Regular monitoring for children and adolescents

    • Screening for pathologies (glaucoma, cataracts, AMD)

    For a preventive check-up, a consultation every 1 to 2 years is recommended by Social Security .

    • On average, between the secretariat, waiting, consultation and creation of your file, plan on approximately 1 hour of presence on site, depending on the complexity of the examination.

  • To facilitate your consultation , please bring:

    • Your Carte Vitale

    • Your old prescriptions or your latest glasses

    • Your old prescriptions or references for lenses worn

    • Any medical report relating to your eyes (if specific monitoring)

    • If this is your first visit, prepare a history of your visual disturbances.

    • Any document that you may find useful.

    • Yes ! Our team is available to welcome you in French, English, Creole, and Spanish.

    • When making your appointment , please do not hesitate to specify your preferred language.

    • By car: Parking available near the centers.

    • By public transport:
      Guadeloupe : Karulis Bus Station accessible in front of the center,
      Airport line, ZAC Dothémare or Rectorat stop,
      Saint-Martin : Taxi stop in front of the center.

    • On foot: Centers located in easily accessible areas with sidewalks.
